Abstract:
This work describes how an optimal control for a mechatronic clutch-system can be determined by using multi-objective optimization. For this purpose, the mechatronic system is presented and illustrated by a model. Furthermore the concept of optimal controls, multiobjective optimization, as well as the non-linear optimization is introduced. To show the validity of the results of this work, these will be checked by using a mechatronic test bench. Such review shall take place for the model used, as well as for the results of the optimization. Finally possible extensions for future research are discussed. In order to assess the product of this optimization, an insight into the concepts and methods of self-optimizing systems is given.
